Field Supervisor REPORTING TO: Northern Operations Manager
TYPE: Full-time

The Field Supervisor reports to the Area Manager and oversees 7–10 operations to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations. This role is responsible for crew scheduling and rotation, rig inspections, equipment coordination, job mobilization, and day-to-day customer operations.

The Field Supervisor supports safety and compliance through crew observations, training, incident investigations, and by ensuring employee certifications and documentation are current. This position acts as a key liaison between rig crews, clients, and internal teams, prepares operational reports, approves supply requests, participates in operational meetings, and supports continuous improvement initiatives.
This role includes both field and office work and requires flexibility to work cross-shifts as needed.

This position is required to work on location at Treeline's Grande Prairie office.
 
Schedule and coordinate crew rotations, relief coverage, and job mobilizations
Serve as the primary liaison between rig crews, clients, operator consultants, and internal teams
Conduct rig inspections, crew observations, and on-the-job training to maintain operational standards
Participate in operational meetings and collaborate with management to support business goals
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and safety

Minimum 5+ years of service rig industry experience, with prior supervisory or lead experience preferred
Proven ability to manage multiple rigs, crews, and shifting priorities
Comfortable working independently in both field and office environments
Proficient with basic computer systems for reporting, scheduling, and communication
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to field locations as required
