$AMK Global is hiring an experienced Head Chef with a strong background in upscale fine-dining to lead an award-winning dining destination in Burlington, known for premium steaks, refined sushi, and a luxury raw bar with subtle Asian influences, all within a fast-paced open-kitchen environment.

Manage daily service in a high-volume, open kitchen
Maintain excellence across premium steaks, sushi, seafood, raw bar offerings
Partner with Executive Chef & General Manager on menu execution and seasonal menu
Control food costs through effective ordering, inventory, portioning, and waste control
Hire, train, coach , and develop a high-performing kitchen team
Ensure the kitchen remains inspection-ready and fully compliant with food safety regulations

Previous experience as a Head Chef in an upscale or fine-dining restaurant
~ Expertise in premium steaks, sushi/Asian-influenced cuisines.
~ Proven leadership with hands-on experience in team development, food cost, inventory, and labor control.
~ Calm, confident, and professional presence in an open-kitchen setting
