We're looking for a dependable Warehouse Associate to support our field teams and ensure our operations run efficiently.

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for receiving, organizing, and distributing electrical materials, tools, and equipment. Reporting to the Procurement Manager, this role plays a key part in keeping our job sites supplied and maintaining smooth day-to-day operations.

Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory, materials, and equipment.
Pick, prepare, and stage job-specific material orders for field crews, organized by hall or work area.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, following all company safety policies and procedures.
Track inventory levels, perform regular cycle counts, and notify management of shortages or required replenishment.
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment (training provided if needed).
Coordinate with project managers and site supervision to ensure timely deliveries, including loading/unloading trucks and staging materials on-site.
Maintain awareness of handling and staging needs for owner-supplied equipment.

Previous warehouse or material handling experience (construction/electrical preferred)
Familiarity with electrical materials is an asset (training can be provided)
Valid driver’s licence and clean driving record
Forklift certification an asset
Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital tools
