You are a driven professional with 5-10 years of experience in strategy consulting or a related field, ready to take your career to the next level. You have demonstrated your ability to solve complex problems, produce high-quality client deliverables, and lead client engagements with quiet confidence.

The Senior Associate plays a pivotal role in delivering impactful outcomes for clients. Working closely with Consultants, Senior Associates help design and execute elements of Ignite’s strategic planning methodology, ensuring alignment with client goals.

They are deeply involved in both supporting and leading specific project deliverables, providing value through their insights, expertise, and ability to manage day-to-day project workflows.

This role is designed to help you grow into a Consultant position within two years, offering exposure to high-level decision-making, client management, and leadership development.

Developing materials for client workshops and presentations.
Acting as the primary liaison between project teams and clients, ensuring smooth communication and alignment.
Building strong relationships with clients, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
Support Associates, fostering their skill development and ensuring high-quality outputs.
Undergraduate degree in Business or related field (MBA or professional designation such as CPA or CPHR is a plus).
~5–10 years of experience in strategy consulting or a related field with a proven track record of driving project success under tight deadlines.
~ Able to work in Canada and the USA (citizenship or valid work visa required).
