The Associate Master Data Specialist (AMDS) plays a critical role within Global Master Data Operations (GMDO) , supporting a global Product & Supply Chain organization. This position ensures the delivery of high-quality master data that enables efficient supply chain and manufacturing operations and supports the reliable delivery of medicines to patients worldwide. Key Responsibilities
Perform end-to-end master data maintenance, including data collection, validation, cleansing, and mass updates across multiple systems
Ensure “right-first-time” data quality by performing required checks and parameter validation
Meet defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and operational timelines
Identify data issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive timely resolution
Audit and reconcile data using IDQ and Veeva, ensuring data accuracy and synchronization
Contribute to master data standards, templates, and governance processes
Support and drive continuous improvement initiatives (process optimization, automation/RPA)
Assist with training documentation and onboarding of new team members
Collaborate closely with global supply chain, manufacturing, and IT stakeholders
Required Qualifications
~ Bachelor’s degree or relevant diploma with equivalent experience
~3–5 years of experience in master data management, supply chain planning, or operations
~ Experience working in global Supply Chain, Logistics, or Manufacturing environments
~ Strong understanding of pharmaceutical supply chain processes (preferred)
~ Hands-on experience with SAP (MM, PP, SD, QM, APO, TM, EWM, OMP preferred)
~ Proficiency in MS Office tools (especially Excel)
~ Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)

Nice to Have
Experience with MDG-M and/or S/4HANA
German language proficiency
Strong interest in data, IT systems, and modern business applications
