Patry Group of Companies is one of Eastern Ontario’s leading real estate development and property management firms, currently undergoing accelerated growth, operational complexity, and organizational scaling.
We take on projects others avoid—entitlement-heavy sites, multi-disciplinary developments, and integrated operating platforms—and we move quickly. You will act as a force multiplier —helping turn ambiguity into structure, ideas into execution, and data into decisions. The work spans corporate operations, real estate development, property management, finance, and organizational systems.
Work directly with the COO to frame problems into opportunities, evaluate options, and prepare recommendations for executive and owner-level decisions.
Conduct deep research and analysis—armed with AI tools—to inform strategy, investment decisions, and operational improvements.
Build business cases, financial models, and scenario analyses for new initiatives, partnerships, or internal changes.
Help translate high-level strategy into clear priorities, KPIs, and processes across teams.
Support the COO in driving cross-functional initiatives across Construction, Property Management, Planning & Development, Finance, and People & Culture.
Build structure where it doesn’t yet exist: project plans, operating rhythms, reporting cadences, and escalation paths.
Track initiatives, anticipate risks, surface blockers early, and push work across the finish line.
Prepare executive-ready materials—dashboards, KPI summaries, briefing notes, and presentations—that are concise, accurate, and decision-oriented.
Continuous Improvement & Scale
Design and help implement scalable solutions that improve speed, clarity, and accountability.
3+ years of experience in business operations, consulting, finance, analytics, or similarly demanding problem-solving roles.
~ Experience in real estate, construction, or property management is an asset—but intellectual horsepower and execution discipline matter more.
You’ve helped launch or materially advance at least one high-impact initiative.
Leadership has better visibility, cleaner data, and fewer unresolved issues because of your work.
You work directly with the COO on real decisions—not side projects.
You’ll see how a complex real estate business actually scales, from inside the room.
