Job Summary: We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Health Care Aides to join our team. As a Health Care Aide, you will provide essential care and support to clients in a home care setting. Your role will involve assisting with daily activities, providing personal care, monitoring vital signs, and ensuring the comfort and well-being of our patients. Responsibilities: - Assist patients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing - Help patients with mobility and transfers - Assist with medication administration as directed by healthcare professionals - Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature - Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding - Provide companionship and emotional support to patients - Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients - Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of care Skills: - Previous experience in patient care or senior care is preferred - Knowledge of memory care techniques is a plus - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients other Comfort Keepers Staff - Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team - Excellent organizational skills to manage patient schedules and documentation - Compassionate nature and empathy towards patients' needs - Ability to handle stressful situations with patience and professionalism If you are passionate about providing exceptional care to individuals in need, we would love to hear from you.
