30 40 hours/week
Benefits:
4% of vacation pay Job Duties:
• Direct and oversee the operations of housekeeping department;
• Co-ordinate and supervise the housekeeping staff;
• Plan and prepare staff work schedules;
• Inspect to ensure inn’s cleaning standards and health & safety regulations are met;
• Select and order housekeeping equipment and supplies to ensure staff have proper tools for work;
• Maintain inventory;
• Co-ordinate maintenance and repair of equipment, machinery;
• Hire and train housekeeping staff;
• Maintain financial records and prepare budgets, payrolls. Job
Requirements:
• Completion of secondary school;
• Minimum 2
- 3 years of experience as a cleaning supervisor;
• A university degree or college diploma in hospital management, hotel management or business administration asset. Language at work: English Job
