Job Description: Overview: We are seeking a skilled and reliable Installer to join our team in Richmond Hill. The successful candidate will specialize in the installation and repair of interior prefabricated products, with a specific focus on kitchen cabinets and vanities. You will be required to work on-site at various locations, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and excellent customer service. Factory Location:25 Kinnear Crt, Richmond Hill, ON L4B 1H9 Working Hours: 30-40 hours per week Employment Type: Full-time Permanent Key Responsibilities: Installation & Layout: Determine layout and installation procedures based on site conditions. Measure and mark guidelines to ensure precise installation. Install interior prefabricated products, specifically kitchen cabinets and vanities, ensuring they are level, plumb, and securely fastened. Technical Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements and material needs. Maintenance & Repair: Repair and service existing interior prefabricated products to restore functionality and appearance. Workflow Management: Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies to ensure efficient workflow. Utilize hand and power tools safely and effectively to complete tasks. Client Service: Demonstrate professionalism in customer service when interacting with clients on-site. Ensure the work area is left clean and organized upon job completion. Job Requirements: Education & Experience: Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience. Experience: A minimum of 3 years to less than 5 years of professional experience in installation or carpentry. Specialization: Proven experience with kitchen cabinets and vanities is required. Skills & Personal Suitability: Technical Skills: Ability to use hand and power tools proficiently. Soft Skills: Reliability & Dependability: Must be punctual and consistent. Attention to Detail: Accurate in measurements and installation quality. Client Focus: Dedicated to meeting client needs and maintaining a professional demeanor. Team Player: Ability to work well with others in a team environment. Organized: Capable of managing materials and tasks efficiently. Work Conditions & Physical Capabilities: Physical Demands: Handling weights up to 9 kg (20 lbs); performing repetitive tasks. Work Setting: Various locations (On-site work only; no remote option).
