This is a perfect role for a pharmacist looking for stable, full-time hours in a low-volume setting without the long-term commitment. Position: Relief Pharmacist Contract Length: 6 Months Location: A welcoming community just a 1-hour drive from Kitchener, ON Rate: $65/hour Your Earning Potential: With a guaranteed minimum of 40 hours and the potential to work up to 70 hours per week, your weekly earnings are significant: • Minimum Weekly Pay: $2,600 (at 40 hours) • Maximum Weekly Pay: $4,550 (at 70 hours) About the Role: We are seeking a reliable and patient-focused Relief Pharmacist to join our team for a 6-month period. You will be responsible for providing excellent pharmaceutical care in a community retail setting. • Work Hours: A guaranteed minimum of 40 hours per week, with the potential to work up to 70 hours based on your availability. • Pharmacy Volume: Enjoy a manageable workflow in a low-volume store, averaging only 30-40 prescriptions per day. • Schedule: The schedule will be provided by the Pharmacy Manager to ensure coverage and continuity of care. • Team: You will work alongside one dedicated pharmacy assistant per shift, fostering a collaborative and efficient team environment. Who You Are: • A licensed Pharmacist in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP). • Reliable, professional, and committed to the full 6-month contract term. • Excellent at building rapport with patients and providing outstanding customer service. • Able to work flexibly according to a schedule set by the Pharmacy Manager. • Possess your own reliable transportation for the commute.
