Kamome Japanese Restaurant is located at #2222-4949 Canoe Pass Way, Tsawwassen BC V4M 0B2. We are currently looking for a permanent, full time Food Services Manager. Position: Food Services Manager Wages: CAD$30.00-37.00 /hour (depending on skills & experiences) Types: Full-time, Permanent (various shifts, including evening, weekends, and holidays) Working hours: 30-40 hours/week Benefits: 4% of vacation pay Job Duties: • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the daily operations • Plan and control budget and inventory • Determine type of foods to be offered and implement operational procedures • Monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies • Review and adjust staff schedule when necessary • Recruit and oversee staff training, conduct performance reviews • Resolve customer complaints and ensure provincial regulations are followed • Hold staff meetings, resolve staff complaints and suggestions • Negotiate with clients for catering or use of restaurant for events • Manage catering, events, advertisements Job Requirements: • Completion of secondary school; • Minimum 3 years of work experience in the food service sector including supervisory experience required. • Completion of a college or other program related to hospitality or food and beverage service management an asset Language at work: English Job Location: #2222-4949 Canoe Pass Way, Tsawwassen, BC V4M 0B2 How to apply: • Please email us your application with resume, cover letter, and references attesting experience Contact Information: Kamome Japanese Restaurant • E-mail:
