We are offering a full-time position as an Insurance Advisor, where you will manage Autoplan/Personal Lines new business, renewals, payments, and client inquiries both in person and by phone.

*Location*: 251 BC-16, Burns Lake, BC V0J 1E0

*Your Responsibilities:*
* Handle ICBC renewals, new plates, and changes efficiently.
* Provide exceptional service by addressing phone and email queries.
* Present personalized policy options and educational materials to clients.
* Review insurance policies for accuracy and recommend necessary adjustments.
* Guide customers in finding suitable insurance solutions and ensure their satisfaction.
* Analyze client coverage needs and offer expert risk management advice.

*About You:*
* Hold a Level 1 BC General Insurance license.
* Possess 2+ years of experience in ICBC or Personal Lines Insurance.
* Demonstrate proficiency in insurance policy interpretation.
* Exhibit strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
* Be a team player adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
* Prior insurance company experience is desirable.
