Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Campus Director, the Instructor’s key responsibilities include:

  • Interacting professionally with students, faculty, and staff to foster a supportive environment.
  • Delivering instruction aligned with curriculum objectives and program goals.
  • Preparing engaging lectures and employing diverse teaching methods to promote student success.
  • Monitoring and discussing individual and group progress with students.
  • Clarifying course objectives and core concepts.
  • Participating in course and educational tool development as needed.
  • Reporting significant course-related issues to the Campus Director or Coordinator.
  • Attending instructor meetings and orientation events when required.
  • Adhering to campus policies and procedures for students and instructors.
  • Collaborating with administrative staff and submitting required documentation promptly.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge and skills in the subject matter.
  • Upholding professionalism, integrity, and respect in all interactions and responsibilities.
  • Submitting student attendance and final grades within specified timeframes.
  • Ensuring academic tools and online course materials are current.
  • Organizing remedial sessions for canceled classes.
  • Proposing and implementing approved updates to instructional materials.

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or recognized certification in the relevant field.
  • Experience in settings such as schools, kindergartens, or daycares.
  • Knowledge of child-related challenges (e.g., PPD, AAD).
  • Minimum of 2 years teaching experience (preferably with adults) or a teaching certification.
