About The Role

Join our dynamic team as an LPG Bulk Planner, where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and safe delivery of LPG. This exciting position offers the opportunity to optimize logistics operations and contribute to our commitment to best-in-class service. This is a permanent, full-time position preferably based out of our Hamilton office but could also be worked from one of our LPG depot sites throughout the country.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and route jobs daily to optimize operational efficiency for bulk delivery trucks (road tankers and bobtails) contractors, and ISO movements.
• Monitor stock levels at LPG suppliers and manage uplifts to suit operational needs.
• Track driver progress and deliveries, ensuring adherence to schedules and deadlines.
• Provide drivers with essential information and updates on delivery instructions and conditions.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, driver information, and vehicle maintenance.
  
  

About You

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a passion for logistics and customer service.

Key Experience And Skills

• 3+ years' experience in a dispatch/planning or related logistics role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience using planning and dispatch tools.
• Diploma in logistics, transport, distribution, or supply chain, or experience in operational logistics.
• 3+ years' experience in a dispatch/planning or related logistics role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a good understanding of health and safety practices in logistics.
