North Central Co-op provides goods and services to our local communities within Stony Plain, Edmonton, Fort Saskatchewan, Spruce Grove, St. Albert, Legal, Sherwood Park and Edson. We are proud of our 100,000+ member-owners, our 650+ team members throughout our 20+ Gas Bars, Home Centre, 4 Cardlock/Bulk Fuel Stations, 6 Food Stores, 6 Liquor Stores and Administration Office, in addition to future growth.
We invite applications for the position of part-time Liquor Clerk to join our team supporting our Deer Park Liquor Store in Spruce Grove, AB. Open availability is an asset.

What you'll do:
- Provide an exceptional level of customer service and maintain a safe and efficient operation.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures and standards, as well as all regulatory requirements relating to the service and/or sale of alcohol.
- Handle and record transactions through the point of sale terminal, process and package customer purchases, organize, clean, and stock merchandise, prepare daily cash reconciliations, complete general housekeeping duties, assist team members when necessary, and perform any other duties as assigned.

Who you are:
- 18 years or older
- Previous liquor retail/cashier and customer service experience would be an asset
- WSET (Wine & Spirit Education Trust) training would be an asset
- Inventory/Merchandising/Stocking experience would be an asset
- ProServe Liquor Staff Training would be an asset
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with attention to detail
- Ability to lift and move up to 20lbs consistently when stocking
- Believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most.
