Dans ce rôle, vous serez responsable de la conception, de la simulation et des tests de systèmes robotiques, en mettant l'accent sur l'autonomie, l'intégration de capteurs et les algorithmes de contrôle. Vous collaborerez avec des équipes pour intégrer ces technologies dans de nouveaux et anciens produits, tout en développant des solutions robotiques modulaires et évolutives. De plus, vous superviserez les tests, la résolution de problèmes et participerez au développement de la propriété intellectuelle ainsi qu'à l'innovation continue des systèmes robotiques. 


CE QUE VOUS FEREZ 

  • Diriger la conception, la simulation et les tests de systèmes robotiques, en mettant l'accent sur les fonctionnalités autonomes, l'intégration de capteurs et les algorithmes de contrôle. 
  • Collaborer avec des équipes interfonctionnelles pour intégrer la technologie robotique dans des gammes de produits existantes et nouvelles. 
  • Utiliser des compétences en développement logiciel et matériel pour prototyper et optimiser des solutions robotiques. 
  • Effectuer des tests rigoureux et valider les systèmes robotiques afin d'assurer leur fonctionnalité, leur sécurité et leur fiabilité. 
  • Développer des logiciels et des micrologiciels robustes pour les systèmes robotiques, en privilégiant la modularité et l’évolutivité. 
  • Diagnostiquer et résoudre les problèmes liés à l'intégration des systèmes, au matériel et aux logiciels. 
  • Se tenir informé des tendances du secteur, des technologies émergentes et des meilleures pratiques en robotique et automatisation. 
  • Stimuler l'innovation en proposant des améliorations et de nouvelles fonctionnalités pour les systèmes robotiques en s'appuyant sur des recherches et les retours des clients. 
  • Contribuer au développement de la propriété intellectuelle en documentant des solutions et idées novatrices. 
  • Planifier et exécuter des projets, gérer les délais et communiquer les progrès aux parties prenantes. 
  • Encadrer les ingénieurs juniors et collaborer avec d'autres équipes pour garantir une exécution efficace des projets. 
  • Préparer la documentation technique, les manuels d'utilisation et les supports de support destinés à un usage interne et aux clients. 


QUI VOUS ÊTES 

  • Baccalauréat ou maîtrise en robotique, génie mécanique, génie électrique, informatique ou dans un domaine connexe. 
  • Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience en ingénierie robotique, incluant une expérience pratique dans la conception, le développement et les tests de systèmes robotiques. 
  • Expérience avec ROS (Robot Operating System), C/C++, Python et les plateformes matérielles couramment utilisées en robotique. 
  • Maîtrise des systèmes de contrôle, de la cinématique et de la fusion de capteurs. 
  • Connaissance des domaines tels que l’apprentissage automatique, la vision par ordinateur et l’intégration de l’IA dans les applications robotiques est un atout. 
  • Expérience en conception de circuits, systèmes embarqués et interface matériel-logiciel. 
  • Solides compétences en résolution de problèmes et capacité à évoluer dans un environnement dynamique.

In this role you will be responsible for designing, simulating, and testing robotic systems, with a focus on automation, sensor integration, and control algorithms. You will collaborate with teams to integrate these technologies into both new and existing products while developing modular and scalable robotic solutions. Additionally, you will oversee testing, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to intellectual property development and the continuous innovation of robotic systems. 


WHAT YOU WILL DO 

  • Lead the design, simulation, and testing of robotics systems, with a focus on autonomous functionality, sensor integration, and control algorithms. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate robotics technology into existing and new product lines. 
  • Utilize software and hardware development skills to prototype and optimize robotics solutions. 
  • Conduct rigorous testing and validation of robotics systems to ensure functionality, safety, and reliability. 
  • Develop robust software and firmware for robotics systems, emphasizing modularity and scalability. 
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system integration, hardware, and software. 
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in robotics and automation. 
  • Drive innovation by proposing improvements and new features for robotics systems based on research and client feedback. 
  • Contribute to the development of intellectual property by documenting novel solutions and ideas 
  • Plan and execute projects, manage timelines, and communicate progress to stakeholders. 
  • Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with other teams to ensure efficient project execution. 
  • Prepare technical documentation, user manuals, and support materials for internal and client use. 

 

WHO YOU ARE 

  •  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. 
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in robotics engineering, including hands-on experience with designing, developing, and testing robotics systems. 
  • Experience with ROS (Robot Operating System), C/C++, Python, and hardware platforms commonly used in robotics. 
  • Proficient in control systems, kinematics, and sensor fusion. 
  • Familiarity with machine learning, computer vision, and AI integration in robotics applications is a plus. 
  • Experience in circuit design, embedded systems, and hardware-software interfacing. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
