About This Opportunity

The Ericsson Radio Product Team is responsible for developing next-generation wireless base stations. Candidates will gain real-world engineering experience in our R&D department, working as part of the Radio Product Integration team.

What You Will Do
  • Work in a collaborative group testing and troubleshooting new hardware/software Radio designs
  • Prepare lab environment with hardware and software components
  • Connect digital & analog RF designs into a product prototype
  • Responsible for the functional and performance integration of new products
  • Develop calibration and performance optimization procedures
  • Define test coverage for product integration
  • Implement test automation and validation methods using scripting in Python or MATLAB
  • Analyze results, drive design updates, and report findings
  • Perform statistical analysis of measurement data
You Will Bring
  • Student in engineering or technology programs related to Electronics, Telecommunications, or similar fields
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong team and interpersonal skills
  • Object-oriented programming skills (Python, C++ is an asset)
  • Scripting in MATLAB is a plus
  • RF Engineering skills are an asset
  • Proficient English skills
Other Useful Skills
  • Experience with lab equipment: spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, signal generators, oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies
  • Basic knowledge of wireless communication standards
  • Understanding of analog/digital hardware building blocks
