JOB SUMMARY:

We seek a skilled individual passionate about garment alteration, sewing, and customer care. As an integral part of our team, you'll ensure our customers feel and look great, providing quality alterations in a timely manner, upholding the Company’s promise of quality.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Sewing production on time and meeting Company standards.
• Continuously learn new alteration techniques and train other team members.
• Work towards keeping and improving production quality.
• Maintain high quality focus, ensuring minimal redoes.
• Deliver exceptional customer service.
