Who you are


As a Product Analyst, you will be at the heart of enhancing samdesk’s capabilities through data-driven insights. Your work will directly impact how we define and refine new event types, supporting the development of our AI-powered platform. You’re a data enthusiast who loves digging into data sets, and has a knack for turning insights into actionable outcomes.


What you will do


  • Build and refine new event types for our platform, ensuring high-quality data labeling and analysis.
  • Collect and analyze product performance data, customer feedback, and market trends.
  • Provide actionable insights based on data analysis to guide product decisions.
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success.
  • Work closely with product lead, designers, and engineers to ensure product features align with user needs and business goals.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
  • Analyze competitor products to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for innovation.
  • Analyze post-launch performance of product features and recommend improvements.
  • Monitor the new event type lifecycle and recommend updates or improvements based on ongoing analysis.

We're looking for someone with


  • 2-4 years of experience in product analysis, business analysis, or a related field.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Curious and proactive, with a passion for understanding products and users.
  • Familiarity with Agile project management tools (e.g. Jira and Trello) and product management tools.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and adapt to changing circumstances and not be swayed when things go “classic start up”.
