About you:We are seeking a skilled Web Designer to join our team at DataStealth. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for designing and maintaining our web platforms, ensuring they are visually appealing and functionally robust. You will create new pages and support ongoing website updates, all focused on driving lead generation.

About The Role

This role involves designing and developing responsive websites, landing pages, and marketing collateral using Webflow, Figma, and HubSpot. The candidate will work on both front-end and back-end tasks, ensuring smooth integration between web components, while optimizing for performance, user experience, and marketing goals. Regular website maintenance, content updates, and troubleshooting technical issues are also key responsibilities. Additionally, the role includes designing digital and print marketing materials such as social media graphics, event assets, and one-pagers to support branding and lead-generation efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Web Design & Development: Use Webflow, Figma, and HubSpot to design and maintain responsive websites and marketing assets. Focus on intuitive user interfaces that align with branding and marketing strategies.
  • Front-end & Back-end Development: Implement responsive designs, integrate APIs, and manage databases for seamless functionality across platforms.
  • Website Maintenance & Updates: Regularly update content, monitor analytics, optimize site performance, and ensure security and compliance with web standards.
  • Creative Design Production: Create various marketing materials (social media graphics, brochures, one-pagers, etc.) to support campaigns and strengthen brand presence.
  • Agility & Flexibility: Manage multiple projects, adapt designs to evolving requirements, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Technical Skills Required

  • Webflow: Strong experience with Webflow for designing websites, managing CMS, and applying SEO best practices.
  • Figma: Expertise in wireframing, prototyping, and collaborating on designs.
  • HubSpot: Experience creating landing pages, managing email campaigns, and analyzing marketing performance with HubSpot tools.

Additional Skills

  • Creative Design: Ability to produce visually compelling designs that align with marketing goals, including for both digital and print.
  • Experience: 3-5 years in web design and development (front-end and back-end).
  • Education: Degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, or related field preferred. Additional digital marketing certifications are a plus.

Desirable

  • Familiarity with print design processes, including layout and preparing files for print production.
