Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and execute risk-based audits for the banking portfolio
• Manage multiple audits while ensuring deadlines are met
• Coach and develop audit team members for optimal performance
• Communicate audit findings clearly to stakeholders
• Build strong internal and external professional relationships
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance
• Professional designation in CRM, FRM, CPA, or CIA
• Extensive experience in audit management
• Strong knowledge of credit risk management
• Proven leadership skills with high performing teams
