Position: Senior Power Platform & SharePoint Developer Experience Level: 5+ years Location: Remote – Full-Time Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior Power Platform and SharePoint Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate is a self-driven, proactive professional with a strong technical background and a passion for delivering modern, efficient solutions. They excel in both independent and collaborative environments, possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and bring hands-on experience in developing, integrating, and modernizing Microsoft 365 solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead or contribute to migration and modernization efforts across Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and Power Platform. Design, develop, and maintain Power Apps and Power Automate flows to support business processes. Build and customize solutions using the SharePoint Framework (SPFx) . Create and manage custom connectors , including integrations with Microsoft Graph API and other data sources. Participate in requirement gathering and analysis to translate business needs into technical specifications. Collaborate closely with business and technical teams, ensuring alignment and quality delivery. Contribute to CD/CI (Continuous Delivery and Continuous Integration) processes to support agile development practices. Qualifications: 5+ years hands on experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and SharePoint Online . Proven experience in migration or modernization projects (e.g., legacy SharePoint or third-party to M365). Demonstrated ability to build custom connectors and leverage Microsoft Graph API . Strong understanding of Dataverse, M365 security, and governance best practices . Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. A team player who can also work independently and take full ownership of deliverables. Nice to Have (Plus Points): Experience leveraging Copilot or AI capabilities within Power Platform or M365. Experience with Power Pages for building external-facing business applications.
