In this position, you will utilize over 20 years of expertise in IBM i systems to lead analysis, design, and development of critical applications. Collaborate with clients, addressing their business needs and delivering tailored solutions across the project life cycle. Your technical leadership is key to bridging legacy systems with modern applications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Consult and collaborate to resolve client application issues
• Analyze, design, code, and test software applications
• Ensure program integrity through comprehensive testing phases
• Document system architecture for all stakeholders
• Lead small technical teams and conduct code reviews
Requirements:
• 20+ years experience with IBM i (i Series/AS/400)
• Mastery of RPG, particularly RPGLE with Free-form syntax
• Hands-on experience with JDA/MMS ERP systems
• Expert-level DB2 application programming
• Strong communication skills with diverse stakeholders
