At Air Inuit, you’ll support safe and efficient service as a Ticket Agent. You will check-in passengers, screen baggage, and prepare flight documentation essential for each flight. Additionally, this position includes administrative tasks and operational support to maintain reliable service in a challenging environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Check-in passengers and handle their baggage
• Prepare flight, ticket, and manifest documents
• Transmit required documents to dispatch stations
• Complete administrative work as needed
• Carry out duties necessary for operational effectiveness
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Basic knowledge of Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to learn passenger check-in programs
• Valid driving license required
• Communication skills in Inuktitut, French, or English
