The People Manager will oversee employee relations, recruitment, training, and development initiatives. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with employment regulations, fostering a positive workplace culture, implementing HR policies, and addressing employee concerns. Additionally, the People Manager will play a key role in performance management, designing retention strategies, and supporting organizational development goals. Strong leadership, relationship management, and conflict resolution skills Proven experience in employee recruitment, onboarding, and talent development Knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, and compliance standards Experience with performance management and employee engagement strategies Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field HR certifications (e.g., Experience in organizational development or workforce planning is an asset
