Background
Epic Views Vacations is a growing luxury vacation rental management company in Canmore and the Canadian Rockies. We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented teammate to keep our homes running flawlessly and help launch the new properties joining our portfolio.
The Role
- Maintenance and Repairs: Conduct routine property inspections, handle minor repairs (leaks, light bulbs, minor electrical, plumbing, and software issues), keep hot tubs, fireplaces, BBQs, appliances, and smart locks in top shape, and coordinate with contractors on bigger jobs.
- Minor Construction and Property Launches: Assist with painting, installing fixtures, building closet shelving, and assembling furniture, help set up and launch new properties, and ensure all work meets local building codes and safety standards.
- Supplies and Restocking: Monitor inventory of toiletries, cleaning products, and kitchen essentials, coordinate restocking with vendors, and make sure every item meets our luxury standards.
- Guest Support: Respond promptly to guest inquiries and concerns, share insider knowledge about the property and local attractions, and respond in person to issues like locks, electronics, or missing supplies.
- Privacy and Information Security: Handle guest information with the utmost confidentiality, safeguard business software, and exercise discretion with bookings, transactions, and personal information.
