This Labour & Employment Litigation Lawyer role suits a proven litigator developing or continuing a workplace law practice. The work includes employment litigation, commercial claims, labour arbitrations, administrative tribunals, and professional regulators. Candidates should bring three or more years of post-call experience, strong advocacy, and genuine interest in labour and employment law.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support employment litigation files in the Courts
- Handle related commercial litigation claims
- Advocate in labour arbitrations and administrative tribunals
- Represent clients before professional regulators
- Develop or continue a workplace law practice
Requirements:
- Three or more years of post-call legal experience
- Litigation and advocacy focus in related legal areas
- Good academic credentials from an accredited law school
- Law Society of British Columbia membership in good standing
- Interest in collaborative small firm practice
