The Summit Grill at Best Western Plus is in search of a passionate Cook, whether you have kitchen experience or want to develop your culinary skills. Teamwork, creativity, and a strong work ethic are essential for this role. You will play a vital part in ensuring excellent hospitality through well-prepared meals and contributing to a collaborative kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook menu items per recipes
• Assist with daily food preparation tasks
• Maintain food handling and safety standards
• Support service for breakfast, lunch, and dinner
• Organize inventory and manage stock rotation
Requirements:
• Passion for cooking and hospitality
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Commitment to cleanliness and food safety
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends
