Family Lawyer – 5+ Years (Remote, Ontario) Location: Toronto, Ontario (Remote – must reside in Ontario) About the Role Our client, a reputable Toronto-based law firm, is seeking an experienced Family Lawyer with a minimum of five years of practice experience in Ontario. This remote position offers the flexibility of working from home while collaborating with a supportive and established legal team. The successful candidate will bring strong advocacy skills, sound legal judgment, and the ability to manage family law files independently from start to finish. Responsibilities Manage a range of family law matters, including separation, divorce, custody, access, support, and property division Draft and review pleadings, affidavits, financial statements, and other legal documents Represent clients in court proceedings, mediation, and settlement negotiations Conduct legal research and provide well-reasoned advice to clients Maintain excellent client relationships and communication Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure efficient case management What We’re Looking For 5+ years of experience practicing family law in Ontario Member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario (LSO) Demonstrated ability to manage files independently Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Must be based and licensed in Ontario What’s Offered Fully remote position with flexible working arrangements Competitive compensation package based on experience Supportive, collegial, and professional environment Long-term growth and collaboration opportunities Interested candidates may apply directly via LinkedIn or by emailing their resume to
