Jabil is looking for an experienced Principal Systems Engineer to lead the architecture for optical transceivers. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in optical communications, DSP architectures, and cross-functional team collaboration to develop product specifications and drive performance through innovative designs. Your leadership will be crucial in shaping product strategy and meeting the demands of high-speed networking.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define product architecture for advanced optical transceivers
• Lead system analyses and performance optimization
• Collaborate across teams from concept to production
• Mentor engineers in optical and hardware disciplines
• Represent Jabil in technical discussions and customer engagements
Requirements:
• BS in Electrical or Optical Engineering
• 12+ years in optical communications or networking systems
• Proven experience in high-speed optical module development
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
