Lead overnight retail operations at Princess Auto using product knowledge, customer service, and demonstrated leadership skills. Work generally from 6:00 pm to 2:30 am.
As a Night Leader and Team Leader Trainee, you will guide Team Members in your department. You will complete store plans and tasks while creating a safe, unique shopping experience. The work includes training support, merchandise handling, inventory allocation, and customer assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Team Members in completing department store plans and tasks
- Respond to customer and Team Member inquiries
- Support on-the-job training and Team Member development
- Maintain safe, respectful department and warehouse conditions
- Merchandise products and manage inventory allocation accurately
Requirements:
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Previous retail or service industry experience
- Genuine care for customers’ shopping experiences
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Respectful, upfront, and integrity-driven approach
Bring leadership, product knowledge, and Royal Service to Princess Auto’s overnight retail department while supporting customers and Team Members.
