In this position, you will report to the US CFO and work closely with the Canadian leadership team. The role encompasses designing effective financial strategies, ensuring compliance, and leading a high-performing finance team. Candidates should possess extensive experience in finance, accounting, and business risk management to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead strategic financial planning and execution
• Analyze business results and KPIs for insights
• Ensure compliance and quality in financial reporting
• Oversee budgeting and forecasting procedures
• Mentor the finance team towards continuous improvement
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
• 10-15 years of extensive finance experience
• Previous experience in a CFO or senior role
• Strong expertise in FP&A and risk management
• Proven leadership capabilities and organizational skills
