This role requires a seasoned professional to manage capture efforts, engage with technical and business leaders, and ensure competitive proposals align with customer needs. You'll oversee detailed analyses, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements while meeting ambitious growth objectives. Your role will involve collaboration with global markets and developing effective strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead capture execution from receipt to submission
• Develop proposals in coordination with business development teams
• Conduct cost analysis and provide insights for bid strategies
• Foster customer relationships throughout the capture lifecycle
• Drive comprehensive Risk and Opportunity management analyses
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Management
• 5–10 years program lifecycle experience
• Experience in defense or aerospace sectors preferred
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills
