Job Description
Job Summary
Make a meaningful contribution to early education in Victoria, British Columbia, as an Early Childhood Educator responsible for creating enriching experiences for young children.
The position is designed for a confident educator who can balance developmental programming, behavioural guidance and staff coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Create child-focused learning plans
- Deliver physical and cognitive activities
- Encourage emotional and social development
- Track learning and behavioural progress
- Participate in family and staff discussions
- Coordinate educators and classroom assistants
Requirements
- Early childhood education diploma or certificate
- Recognized ECE certification
- First Aid and CPR certification
- Strong leadership and planning skills
- Sound knowledge of child development
- Professional reporting abilities
