As Solar Carport Engineering Manager, you'll spearhead the end-to-end design process, ensuring each product meets the highest quality standards. Your knowledge of Value Analysis and Value Engineering (VAVE) will help reduce costs while maximizing strength and functionality. This collaborative role also involves guiding teams and interacting with clients to translate their needs into actionable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate innovative designs for solar carport systems
• Manage project timelines and priorities effectively
• Define engineering standards for quality and compliance
• Engage with customers as the technical lead
• Collaborate closely with design and production teams
Requirements:
• Degree in Structural, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering
• Required PE or P.Eng. license
• 5+ years experience in related structural design
• Proven track record in VAVE initiatives
• Proficient in necessary engineering software
