Analyze and redesign customer supply chains based on volume shifts and seasonal demand Optimize routing, equipment utilization, and cost control Build, implement, and continuously improve logistics solutions Develop and manage full-cycle customer pricing scenarios Support contract management, customer expansion, and ongoing relationships Manage freight claims with carriers and customers Create and monitor KPIs, standardized reporting, and performance metrics Train and mentor internal team members and external customers Drive continuous improvement across operations, systems, and communication Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field Experience training and developing others (strong asset) Proven logistics sales and negotiation experience Intermediate to advanced Excel and MS Office skills Employee & Family Assistance Program Career growth with cutting-edge logistics technology Ready to take ownership and grow your logistics career?
