Join the FYidoctors team in Amherst, where your role focuses on delivering outstanding patient service. In this full-time position, you will welcome patients, handle check-ins and check-outs, and coordinate their appointments effectively. Your proficiency with technology will aid in performing pre-testing and managing billing, which contributes significantly to our patient care strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist patients with check-in and check-out
• Perform pre-testing to support eye care services
• Coordinate appointments and manage billing and payments
• Oversee eyewear pick-ups and conduct minor repairs
• Provide exceptional customer service for positive patient experiences
Requirements:
• Retail experience is considered an asset
• Ability to multi-task in a busy environment
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and technology
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Collaborative and adaptable team player
