As Senior Manager, Equipment Operations, you will manage equipment solutions across the Tim Hortons restaurant system. The role combines equipment lifecycle management, vendor collaboration, and operational problem-solving. You will support equipment reliability, workflow improvements, testing, implementation, and franchisee needs.
Key Responsibilities: Manage equipment portfolios for reliability, performance, and restaurant execution
Lead equipment projects from concept through post-launch review
Conduct lab, field, time, and motion testing
Support restaurants with technical resources and training materials
Review vendor service issues, telemetry, and performance data
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business
Five to seven years in food service equipment, operations, or projects
Strong equipment evaluation, testing, and project management skills
Advanced Microsoft Excel and Power Point proficiency
Willingness to travel zero to twenty-five percent
