The Fixed Operations Manager oversees Parts and Service departments at Traveland RV’s Watrous location. This experienced manager leads staff, supports technicians, maintains inventory controls, and drives efficient daily operations. The position also focuses on departmental profitability and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: Provide leadership and support to Parts and Service staff
Monitor technician production, work orders, appointments, and service logs
Review coding, estimates, customer feedback, and satisfaction scores
Maintain inventory controls and appropriate Parts stock levels
Prepare budgets and analyze monthly management reports
Requirements: Management experience preferred
RV industry experience preferred
Service and Parts experience preferred
Strong leadership skills and customer service focus
Ability to support technicians and staff
