Lead Operational Technology (OT) Specialist

- Lead the design and deliveryof Operational technology (OT) network solutions for clients in energy,mining & metals, and industrial sectors,
- Develop and manage clientrelationships, identifying opportunities for new projects and positioningBBA as a trusted advisor.
- Prepare proposals andtechnical deliverables, including reports, specifications, drawings,budgets, schedules, and scope of services, to support both projectexecution and business growth.
- Engage in businessdevelopment efforts, leveraging your professional network to generateopportunities and promote BBA’s expertise.
- Provide technicalleadership while driving practice growth, fostering collaboration acrossteams, and enhancing BBA’s market presence.

Overview of certifications and job requirements
- Bachelor’sdegree or Diploma of Technology in electrical engineering, computerengineering or computer science, telecommunications or networkadministration; or any other relevant training
- 12+years of relevant experience
- Experiencein designing, implementing, configuring, and troubleshooting complexnetworks and telecommunications systems.
- Asset:Bilingual (English and French)
- Asset:Experience with information and communication technologies
- Asset:Experience with operational technologies
- Asset:Experience with projects in the energy, industrial, and mining sectors

- Annualbase salary, based on 37.5 hours weekly, between $130 000 to $ 180 000
