We are seeking enthusiastic individuals who can engage with existing and prospective clients. Your day will be filled with distributing benefit materials, managing customer calls, and providing expert policy knowledge. Ongoing training from management will ensure you stay updated on the latest products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Distribute benefit enrollment materials and assess eligibility
• Dispatch and manage incoming customer calls
• Accept and return customer inquiries professionally
• Represent client interests in coverage requests
• Create and clarify individualized policies through Needs Analysis
Requirements:
• Self-driven and enthusiastic attitude
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently from home
• Eagerness to learn about new products and services
• Customer service experience is a plus
