As a Morgan Heavy Civil Equipment Operator, you will be an integral part of our team, ensuring successful project execution. With shifts typically spanning 12 hours, you’ll work either days or nights on a rotation based on project needs. Your role will require at least three years of experience operating graders, excavators or dozers, alongside adherence to safety protocols and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate graders, excavators, and dozers safely
• Perform routine inspections of equipment
• Execute earth moving and grading tasks
• Assist ground personnel and maintain tracks
• Communicate effectively with project personnel
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in heavy civil work
• Valid driver’s license and safety training tickets
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs repetitively
• Pass alcohol and drug screening
• Comfortable working in varied weather conditions
