Optima Living seeks a Clinical Lead to oversee resident care and services in a supportive environment. This position requires strong leadership and a collaborative approach, ensuring high-quality care in alignment with our person-centered values. You will coordinate nursing routines and take charge in the absence of senior management, working closely with team members to enhance the resident experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership during complex healthcare situations
• Coordinate and oversee nursing work routines daily
• Perform initial and ongoing assessments of residents
• Ensure compliance with care standards and regulations
• Facilitate effective communication among residents, families, and staff
Requirements:
• Licensed nurse with recent senior care experience
• Active CPR and First Aid certifications
• Proven leadership abilities within a healthcare team
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Flexibility to work varied shifts
