In this hybrid role, you will report to the Director of Program Controls and manage multifaceted projects connecting various departments such as Engineering, Procurement, and Construction. You’ll own critical responsibilities like risk governance and action management, ensuring a data-driven and integrated view of program activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer the Program Handover & Interdependency Tracker
• Coordinate reviews with multiple stakeholders across departments
• Maintain the integrated program RAID register and governance cadence
• Facilitate Root Cause Analysis for significant issues
• Develop lessons learned frameworks and improvement initiatives
Requirements:
• Extensive experience in program controls or project management
• Proven track record in coordinating complex programs
• Strong analytical and stakeholder-management skills
• Familiarity with project controls systems like Power BI
• Ability to deliver concise executive-level reporting
