As Senior Engineering Manager, AI and Agents, you will lead multiple use-case pods and shared platform capabilities. Guide LLM systems, agents, and integrations from architecture through production operation. Partner with Product, Architecture, business, Legal, Compliance, and Security leaders on delivery, governance, and technical decisions.
Key Responsibilities: Lead, hire, develop, and scale AI engineering teams
Own delivery, quality, reliability, cost, and latency for LLM systems
Guide shared AI platform development and operation
Translate priorities into technical plans and capacity decisions
Establish engineering practices, standards, playbooks, and knowledge sharing
Requirements: 12+ years of software engineering experience
3+ years managing engineers and engineering teams
Production experience building AI/ML or Gen AI systems
Deep fluency with RAG, agents, prompts, evaluation, and LLMOps
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical field
Bring AI leadership, LLM expertise, and engineering delivery accountability to Good Rx's shared artificial intelligence capabilities.
