This analyst role supports vital business processes, focusing on in-force policy administration and client communications. You'll conduct detailed analysis, prepare illustrations, and ensure high service standards. Collaborate effectively within a team while managing multiple priorities effectively in a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and provide in-force illustrations to clients and advisors
• Review documentation for completeness and accuracy
• Navigate multiple insurance administration systems proficiently
• Research policy information and articulate findings clearly
• Maintain high attention to detail during high-volume tasks
Requirements:
• High School Diploma
• Bilingual in English and French
• Previous life insurance experience preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
