Overview We are seeking an experienced attorney (Sr Counsel) to join the Corporate & Project Finance Legal Practice of the Project Development & Finance Department in the Aramco Law Organization. The Corporate & Project Finance Legal Practice within the Law Organization is responsible for, among other matters, advising on, negotiating, and documenting Saudi Aramco's corporate and project finance transactions and capital market transactions. As a Senior Counsel, your primary role is to lead the legal activities with respect to the development and implementation of finance and capital markets transactions, including the structuring, negotiation, documentation and execution of such transactions. Key Responsibilities As the successful candidate you will be required to perform the following: Lead the legal activities with respect to the negotiation and execution of financing transactions in all contexts.
