This position supports management and involves various administrative tasks. We're looking for someone detail-oriented with exceptional communication skills. Although previous dealership experience is preferred, we're willing to train a dedicated candidate eager to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and process license and title documents
• Provide administrative support to the management team
• Organize tasks while multitasking through daily demands
• Communicate effectively in both written and oral forms
• Adapt quickly to changing environments during peak periods
Requirements:
• Proven license and title experience required
• Previous dealership experience preferred but not mandatory
• Detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication abilities, both written and oral
• Capability to learn quickly and handle demanding tasks
