Prime Management Group Inc. is seeking a strategic Manufacturing & Distribution Manager to oversee approximately 40–50 employees. The role emphasizes safe, efficient day-to-day operation while pursuing initiatives like automation and continuous improvement. You will be instrumental in enhancing KPIs and ensuring production alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise all manufacturing and distribution operations
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
• Mentor supervisors and operational staff
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and Lean practices
• Oversee production scheduling to meet shipment demands
Requirements:
• 8-10+ years of experience in manufacturing environments
• Background in paint, chemical, or automotive operations
• Proven ability in KPI development and operational leadership
• Experience with industrial automation
• Degree in Engineering or Supply Chain advantageous
Drive operational strategy and excellence in the manufacturing sector with Beauti Tone.
