We are currently seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven professional to lead site operations on exciting commercial projects while working with a company that values integrity, innovation, and collaboration. As the Construction Superintendent, you will be responsible for the successful execution of on-site activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Overseeing daily site operations and managing subcontractor performance Coordinating site logistics, inspections, and material deliveries Conducting site meetings and reporting progress to the Project Manager Resolving field issues and ensuring compliance with drawings and specifications Maintaining accurate documentation including RFIs, site diaries, and change orders Building strong relationships with trades, consultants, and clients Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and scheduling Proven leadership and team management skills Proficiency with construction software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam) Opportunity to work on high-profile commercial projects Long-term stability with a respected industry leader
